CHANGE YOUR LOCATION
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have extended our return policy validity period from 30 days to 60 days, so as to provide you with more flexibility when you shop with us online. The updated return policy will take effect on 24 March 2020, and be applicable for all orders placed online until further notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return and exchange policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered in Europe, within 60 days from receiving your order. Kindly note the shipping fees for returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please ensure that the item(s) is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on earrings unless it is defective or a wrong item sent.

We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that CHARLES & KEITH will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

Please note that it can take up to 7 working days to process your returns from the day you return your item.

RETURNS


Step 1: Log in to charleskeith.eu and view your order. For guests, you may do so by entering your email address and order ID under the order status page. Click on return to generate a Authorisation number.
Step 2: Fill in the Return / Exchange form provided in your order and include the Authorisation number.
Step 3: Pack the item(s) into the original packaging along with your completed form.
Step 4: Contact our Customer Service Team (customer@e-charleskeith.com) to arrange collection of your parcel.
Step 5: Receive email from Customer Service team with Collection details and Paperwork.
Step 6: Print off Collection Label and attach to outside of parcel.
Step 7: Collection will take place with local carrier.
Step 8: You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us. Further instructions will be provided in the email.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to do an exchange, kindly follow the return procedure and we will ship the replacement items(s) to you and bear the cost of shipping of the replacement items(s).

REFUNDS

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns, all refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice, including shipping and handling charges from your initial order.

Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed. Please note that the processing time for refund is dictated by card issuers.

* Please note that your refund will take up to 21 working days if you have made your purchase during our online sales period.
